Template:Kart-infobox The Great Sail is a High-End glider in Mario Kart Tour. It was introduced in the Pirate Tour and it became the signature glider of Rosalina (Swimwear) in the Rosalina Tour and Mario (Swimwear) in the Summer Tour. It is a glider that resembles the sails of a pirate ship. The emblem is located on the bottom sails. The Great Sail increases the chances of getting Bananas from Item Boxes and the number of points awarded for landing hits with them. Two variants of this glider have been introduced: a black-sailed variant, named the Black Great Sail, debuted in the Peach vs. Daisy Tour and a starry pink-sailed variant, named the Starry Great Sail, debuted in the April–May 2021 Sydney Tour.

  • Mario Kart Tour Twitter: "Hoist the Great Sail behind your kart and you'll have the wind at your back. You can find this glider in pipes, including the All-Clear Pipe that you can fire by clearing all of this tour's cups in #MarioKartTour. Be sure to cross every finish line!"[1]
