Underhands are invincible enemies in Super Paper Mario. Their appearance is that of a skeletal and/or ghostly hand, attached to a disjointed white arm of sorts. They are encountered in Chapter 7-1, The Underwhere, within the River Twygz. Most swim freely around the water; others are attached to the bottom. Underhands will pursue and/or reach toward the player to attempt to damage them, in a manner similar to Deep-Cheeps. When the water in the River Twygz is drained, they disappear. They are later seen in Chapter 7-2 along the Underwhere Road. It is possible to knock an Underhand's "head" off using Barry, after which its body will disappear and its head will create a new body after a brief moment after it falls. They can also be stunned with Fleep.
