Chapter 5-2: Pixls, Tablets, and Crag

After Mario and his party follow the Floro Sapien kidnappers out of the Downtown of Crag, they find themselves at a dead end; the Floro Sapiens create a giant yellow block, sealing the entrance to the Floro Caverns. O' Chunks is fought here once again, except that Dimentio warps both Mario and O' Chunks into his own dimension during the fight.

In order to call upon the Hammer Pixl, Cudge, who is able to break the block, Mario and his allies must find the three Elemental Tablets, viewing clues on the Cragvisions scattered through the area:

  • Stone Tablet: Running in circles around the Yoshi statue, only visible with Mario's flip ability.
  • Fire Tablet: Inside a bonfire-shaped stone that Bowser must burn using his Fire Breath.
  • Water Tablet: Found on the bottom of a pond in the first area of the level.

As the team inserts the Tablets on their respective pillars, Cudge reveals himself to join them.
