Appears in Mario Kart Tour

The Double-Decker is a High-End kart in Mario Kart Tour. It was introduced in the London Tour and is the signature kart of Waluigi (Bus Driver) and Rosalina. The kart resembles a double-decker bus, like its name indicates, and has a plaid-patterned seat similar to that of the Swift Jack. It also has the Mario Kart logo on the sides and on the destination display signs. The emblem is located on the grille, sides, and rear. It uses the Standard tires from Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe; however, the original icon before Version 1.4.1 showed it with the Pipe Frame's tires. The Double-Decker increases the duration of speed boosts resulted from Dash Panels and the points earned for driving over Dash Panels. A dark green variant called the Green Double-Decker was introduced in the September 2021 Sydney Tour, and a golden variant is introduced in the Anniversary Tour.

  • Mario Kart Tour Twitter:
    • The London Loop course wouldn't be complete without the Double-Decker kart! Be sure to try them both out in the London tour![1]
    • The Double-Decker is back from a tune-up and ready to hit the #MarioKartTour track again. Of course, it wouldn't be the same without Waluigi (Bus Driver) behind the wheel. He's gracing us with his presence and coming out of retirement for part two of the Baby Rosalina Tour![2]
