Back Cursyas are a sub-species of Cursyas from Super Paper Mario. They can be distinguished from other Cursyas because of their gray color. If players touch a Back Cursya, they will be "flipped out" and be sent back to Flipside. Its name comes from the fact that it curses the player to be sent back to Flipside. There are only two Back Cursyas in the game: one in the Bitlands and one in Downtown of Crag.
Back Cursyas are the only Cursyas without a dark form. However, the game's data contains an unused dark variant.
