Big Fuzzies are a larger counterpart of Fuzzies who first appeared in New Super Mario Bros. Wii. Besides their size, Big Fuzzies are identical to regular Fuzzies as they continuously move around on rails, and can defeated the same way, such as by using a Star.

History

Super Mario series

New Super Mario Bros. Wii

In New Super Mario Bros. Wii, Big Fuzzies appear in World 7-3, World 9-5, and World 9-8 along with their smaller counterparts.

New Super Mario Bros. 2

In New Super Mario Bros. 2, Big Fuzzies appear in World 4-C, and they retain their behavior from New Super Mario Bros. Wii. Like Fuzzies, Mario and Luigi can now also defeat a Big Fuzzy by using a Super Leaf or a Gold Flower. Big Fuzzy is the only enemy in the game who debuted in New Super Mario Bros. Wii.

New Super Mario Bros. U

In New Super Mario Bros. U, Big Fuzzies appear in Spine-Tingling Spine Coaster, having the same behavior as in previous New Super Mario Bros. titles.

Mario Party series

Mario Party 10

Big Fuzzies appear in the minigame Fuzzy Fliers in Mario Party 10.

Super Mario Party

In Super Mario Party, some Big Fuzzies appear as obstacles alongside regular Fuzzies in the minigame Fuzzy Flight School.
