The Cap Throw is a new move introduced in Super Mario Odyssey, which involves Mario throwing Cappy at a target by pressing Y or shaking the joycons. Mario can throw Cappy to perform several actions, including hit and Capture enemies and objects, break blocks, collect coins, hitting switches and jump on it to jump higher and longer.
