"Squizzard"[2] is a musical theme composed by Mahito Yokota for Super Mario Galaxy 2 and its Nintendo Switch port, where it plays during the boss battle against Squizzard in the Slipsand Galaxy. It is also included in the official Super Mario Galaxy 2 Original Soundtrack album. This theme mostly consists of percussion. When the player obtains a Fire Flower, the theme turns into a lively arrangement of "Fire Mario".
