"Shy Vandals" is a theme composed for Paper Mario: Color Splash. It is a frantic track played on glockenspiel, kazoo, and brass. It is heard in Ruddy Road when Shy Guys roll up the ground to the Ruddy Road Café, and is located on the level's record in the Prisma Museum. A sped-up version of it also briefly plays in the Sacred Forest when the Small Goomba Gang tears apart the Mini Paint Star.
A rearrangement featuring a harp is heard in Port Prisma when Mario is washed away by a stream of water from the waterwheel. This arrangement is not in the museum. This version and "Cooking with Mario" quote the "Main Theme," while "Shy Vandals" does not.
An arrangement is heard in Tangerino Grill when Shy Guys attack the kitchen. This version is shorter, incorporates a bar of the "Main Theme" with one extra note before it loops, and uses bells. It is on the record for Tangerino Grill in the museum.
