- “That's them! They turned me into a rock!”
- —Pauline, Donkey Kong Bananza
Void Company,[1] also referred to in shorthand as VoidCo, is a large mining organization and the main antagonistic group of Donkey Kong Bananza. After the Banandium Gems were discovered, Void Company takes the opportunity to steal them and escape deep underground, where Donkey Kong must chase the group members to recover the Banandium Gems.[2] Void Company's executive team includes Grumpy Kong, the director of manufacturing who creates soldiers; Poppy Kong, the director of intelligence responsible for gathering information; and their president Void Kong.[3]
The names of all the enemies that work for Void Company end with "-oid," serving as a parallel to how the names of most Kremlings begin with the letter "K."
During the events of the game, both Grumpy Kong and Poppy Kong leave Void Company. In the postgame, the two of them form a new construction company.
In the Donkey Kong Bananza: DK Island & Emerald Rush DLC, Void Kong hires Donkey Kong and Pauline to collect emerald ore for him; Donkey Kong's ID labels him as employee #7650. Two Fractones also work for Void Kong, having been brought up from the Forbidden Layer.[4]
Technology[edit]
Void Company has developed several inventions to help with their endeavors.
- All-Mine Remote: A banana shaped remote that Void Kong uses to transform terrain and transform Pauline into Odd Rock. It is later stolen and used by King K. Rool.
- IntelliSense Specs: Glasses worn by Poppy Kong.
- Inviseaux: Fragrance used by Poppy Kong to turn herself invisible.
- Mind-Bender Masks: Mind control masks. One is used to control the Blusterwing, and another to control the Great Harmoneel.
- Pay-Dirt Piledriver: A mining machine shaped like a large rock.
- Terravoiders: Machines which can produce or convert terrain into voided terrain.

Fractone: Yes. He brought us here from the Forbidden Layer. After he freed that crocodile from the hole in the Forbidden Layer...and that crocodile sent him flying up, up, and away...two strangers came along. And after that, the two strangers rescued him. Then they yelled at him. A lot. But then...he escaped from them... He got into his broken machine...the one he calls his Pay-Dirt Piledriver. And after that, we decided that he is noisy...but also funny. We were so very interested. So we got into his Pay-Dirt Piledriver with him, and...we all drifted to this place. Now we help him with his research. - ^ September 2 2025. This is the second part (of 2). But that’s probably something you already knew.. Nintendo of America (English).
