Dixie Papa is Dixie Kong’s father who appears in the Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! issue of 4koma Manga Ōkoku. He is depicted as a stocky-looking Kong with a toothbrush mustache; he wears sleeves over his wrists and a tie with the word パパ (Papa) on it.

In the first comic strip titled むすめ(Daughter), Dixie Kong is carefully removing the strings from her banana when her father accidentally bumps into her, causing the banana to break. The final panel shows Dixie crying in her room while, on the other side of the door, her mother asks her if what her father did was really that bad.

Following up on the previous story, in the comic strip おとうさん (Father), Dixie is still angry with her father, so he gives her a banana with a tag attached as a gesture of apology, which makes Dixie happy while her father cries, saying that his daughter is a "good girl". Dixie Kong’s father appears only in this manga; however, in the original game, Cranky Kong mentions both of Dixie’s parents when she defeats him in Swanky's Sideshow.[1]
