Variant of Super Star

Starpoints are floating star-shaped rings in Super Mario Bros. Wonder – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Meetup in Bellabel Park that extend the amount of time that players that touch one can remain invincible. Unlike Super Stars, collecting a Starpoint does not cause it to disappear, meaning that players can reuse the same Starpoint to extend their invincibility. Starpoints glow yellow, spin when activated, and emit a twinkling sound.

Starpoints are found throughout each of the "Clear course and stay invincible!" Toad Brigade Training Courses, allowing players to progress through each course while remaining invincible. Starpoints can either be static or move along a predetermined route. In Outmaway Valley, some Starpoints are encased in icy blocks, requiring players to break the block before the Starpoint can be touched. At the beginning of each training course, a Starpoint passes past players, allowing them to start the course while invincible.
