Mighty Ludwig[1] is a storm cloud-riding form that Ludwig takes using Bowser's Wonder power in Super Mario Bros. Wonder – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Meetup in Bellabel Park. He is fought in the Pipe-Rock Plateau level Ludwig's Showdown! He is also fought in Fierce Fight against Mighty Ludwig! and Fierce Fight While Small against Mighty Ludwig!, the latter where the player fights without taking damage. He is the only boss who is a form of one of the Koopalings to use his own boss battle theme.

Mighty Ludwig starts by releasing gusts of wind and striking lightning at the player from below. Afterwards, he will summon Downpour Clouds before using his finger to fire lightning at the player. The first deal of damage on Mighty Ludwig causes him to summon two lookalikes, and the second one causes him to summon four lookalikes. After taking the third deal of damage, Mighty Ludwig will summon four more lookalikes and the player must swim up the water from a Downpour Cloud to give chase as they pursue them. If the player reaches Mighty Ludwig, his lookalikes will merge with him, making him bigger, and he will start the next phase. Here, Mighty Ludwig will use groups of lightning to attack the player, with Cloud Lifts being required to damage him. If the player damages Mighty Ludwig six times, he will revert to Ludwig, and they will earn a Bellabel Flower.
