Mighty Morton
| It has been suggested that this article be moved to Morton (Wonder form). Reason: The "Mighty" prefix for this form only appears in the Training Camp rematches. The course featuring the regular fight is actually simply known as "Morton's Showdown!" (discuss) |

Mighty Morton[1] is a marionette-like form that Morton takes using Bowser's Wonder power in Super Mario Bros. Wonder – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Meetup in Bellabel Park. He is fought in the Deep Magma Bog level Morton's Showdown! He is also fought in Fierce Fight against Mighty Morton! and Fierce Fight While Small against Mighty Morton!, the latter where the player fights without taking damage.
Mighty Morton is only damaged by the player who uses a handle from a string released by Lakitus to attack him in the background. Throughout each phase, Mighty Morton uses his fist to crush the player. The fist, however, can also send the player flying, enabling them to reach the handle more easily. The fist can cause at one or more Iron Blocks to rise from the lava as well; the fist can also break the Iron Blocks, however, but the impact on the ground causes them to bump vertically. After taking three deals of damage each, Mighty Morton will summon the Lakitus and uses his stomps to release Iron Blocks and a Spike Ball that destroys them. If the player deals nine deals of damage on Mighty Morton, he will revert to Morton, and they will earn a Bellabel Flower.

Trivia[edit]
- Due to his marionette form and large upward tusks, Mighty Morton strongly resembles Puppet Ganon, the penultimate boss of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker.
