"Game Over"[1] is a musical jingle composed by Hirokazu Tanaka for Wrecking Crew, where it plays in the Game Over screen.

Wrecking Crew marks the first appearance of "Game Over". It is also included in the official albums Game Sound Museum: Wrecking Crew and Famicom 20th Anniversary Original Sound Tracks Vol.1.
Wrecking Crew '98[edit]
In Wrecking Crew '98, a chiptune arrangement of "Game Over" is featured in the game's port of Wrecking Crew, where it plays for the same purpose as in the original game.

Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS[edit]
In Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS, a medley of the original versions of "Game Start", "Phase BGM", "Phase Clear", "Bonus Phase", "Golden Hammer", and "Game Over" from Wrecking Crew can play in the Duck Hunt stage. It is titled the "Wrecking Crew Retro Medley" in the game's sound test.
