The Jelly Super is one of Tayce T.'s and Zess T.'s recipes in Paper Mario and Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It appears to be a blue-capped mushroom with bright yellow jelly poured over it. It is created by combining a Jammin' Jelly with either a Life Shroom, a Slow Shroom (in non-Japanese versions of The Thousand-Year Door), a Super Shroom, or a Volt Shroom.
