Coco Candy is one of the items that can be cooked in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Mario can obtain this item by giving Zess T. a Cake Mix and a Coconut. It is a recovery item that, when used by Mario or one of his partners, restores three HP and fifteen FP.
