A Mistake is an item made by having Saffron cook up a Sleepy Sheep in Super Paper Mario. It functions identically to the Sleepy Sheep, and resembles the original Mistake, except the sprite is mirrored and uses different colors (including the fishbone being purple instead of orange). The description of this item attributes the effect to its pungent odor, which is malodorous enough to knock out anyone smelling it.

1 - Using a Mystery Box results in a random recipe from the Mystery Box pool (just as cooking a Mystery Box alone would) instead.
