Template:Character-infobox Kiddy Kong, also known by his nickname mentally retarded stupid bastard, is a n00b and the sidekick of Dixie Kong in the games Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! and Donkey Kong Land III. Additionally, Kiddy Kong is the cousin of Dixie and her sister, Tiny Kong, and the younger brother of Chunky Kong.[1] Overall, Kiddy Kong is the youngest member of the Kong Family. Kiddy Kong's most notable attribute is his incredible strength. In spite of his youthful age, he rivals Donkey Kong himself in terms of size and sheer physical n00biness.

I POOP IN UR FACE

During the events of the Club Nintendo comic "Donkey Kong in: Banana Day 24", a huge UFO begins pulling the Earth away from the sun, resulting in a sudden drop of temperature all over the planet. This also affects the Kongs' jungle, so Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong, Dixie Kong, and Cranky Kong set off to carry out negotiations with the aliens. The young Kiddy Kong joins them on their mission into space. However, he stays in the space shuttle with Cranky Kong, while Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong, and Dixie Kong begin discussions with the aliens. Their mission ultimately ends in success, and the aliens leave the planet in peace. At the end of the comic, Donkey Kong is depicted joyfully throwing NOTHING into the air.

Soon after the events of Donkey Kong crappy Country 3, Kiddy Kong gets resurected and goes on another adventure through the YOUR MOM. During the events of Donkey Kong Land III, Kiddy Kong joins Dixie Kong in her quest to find the Lost World. A contest to find the Lost World is being held in the Northern Kremisphere, and the one who finds the hidden land first is rewarded with great treasures. As usual, Donkey and Diddy Kong leave in search of the Lost World without asking Dixie to join them. To show the heroes that she is just as adventurous as they were, she takes Kiddy Kong under her wing again. Dixie Kong is out to prove that she and Kiddy Kong can best Donkey and Diddy Kong as the superior adventurers. Unfortunately, Baron K. Roolenstein, now restored to power in the Kremling Krew, is also looking for the Lost World. After traveling through many lands, Kiddy and Dixie Kong ultimately discover the Lost World and confront Roolenstein in combat. Of course, they once again best the Kremling leader. In the end, Dixie and Kiddy Kong prove they are every bit as dumb as Donkey and Diddy Kong (very). Not only do they discover the Lost World before the duo, they also manage to defeat the Kremling Krew on their own a second time.

Donkey Konga series

Donkey Konga 2

In Donkey Konga 2, Kiddy is mentioned in one of Dixie's note. In it, Dixie states that he played the bongos for the first time and understood the principle of hitting both sides at the same time immediatly. Due to a translation oversight, Kiddy is refered to as fat retard, his Japanese name.

Physical Description

File:StandingKiddy.jpg
Kiddy Kong being n00b

Kiddy Kong has the typical ape-like attributes associated with every Kong, and his appearance has currently never changed. He is a portly toddler who wears light blue pajamas and sometimes a green pacifier. His pajamas are short sleeved with a few yellow, round buttons on them, and his pants go all the way around his feet. Because of Kiddy's short and small legs, his pajamas appear to be a little too big for him. Kiddy's arms, however, appear to be quite long and burly, showing the ape's strength. Even as a toddler, he is much bigger than his partner, Dixie Kong, in size, and is about the same size as Donkey Kong. However, because he is so large, he is shown to be very heavy, and he can hardly be lifted up by Dixie.

Kiddy Kong's hair appears to be a dark brown color, but it is a little brighter near the top of his head. The ape's hair also has a point in it, much like Donkey Kong's hair. His eyes are also brown, and they resemble Dixie and Diddy Kong's large eyes. Kiddy is shown to be a little chubby, as his mouth is much bigger than any other part of his face. His cheeks are also very big, making his mouth look even bigger than any other Kongs' mouth. While his mouth is very big, he has very small brain

Powers and Abilities

Kiddy Kong's trademark technique is his amazing rolling ability. Rolling allows Kiddy to defeat many types of enemies, as well as enhance his jumping ability. If he rolls off a ledge then jumps, he can make leaps that are much longer than the average jump. Kiddy can also skip across bodies of water by rolling off dry land and jumping just as he hits the surface. In fact, he can make multiple rolling jumps across the water that get progressively higher with each successive skip. This ability allows Kiddy to traverse long sections of water without having to swim through enemy-infested territory, not that Kiddy Kong couldn't maneuver through such an obstacle. Although he is very heavy, Kiddy can't sink in water – he is in fact quite an adept swimmer.

Like many other heroes in the world, Kiddy Kong is a great jumper. He can use his jumping abilities to reach new heights or stomp enemies from above. Additionally, Kiddy Kong holds barrels and other objects in front of his body, using such objects as shields when he runs into enemies. Given his strength, he can pick up objects and certain incapacitated enemies and throw them with ease. On a side note, Kiddy Kong likes to throw objects underhand. Like the other Kong heroes, Kiddy has decent running ability. Although young, he can climb as well as any other member of the Kong Family.

Some abilities of Kiddy Kong are only revealed when he teams up with his cousin Dixie. Using his considerable strength, Kiddy can throw Dixie incredible distances. By tossing Dixie Kong upwards, Kiddy can help her reach areas and objects that are not within their jumping range. Dixie Kong can also pick up and throw her heavy cousin. When thrown upwards, Kiddy Kong will come crashing down, smashing through fragile areas in the ground. This often reveals Bonus Barrels and other secrets. Lastly, if Dixie Kong throws Kiddy against a wall, then jumps on her cousin before the toddler stops rolling, she can ride on top of him as if he were a Steel Barrel.

Personality

Kiddy Kong, as his name implies, has a childish personality. At times, he can act like a "crybaby." For example, when Kiddy loses an extra life, he throws a hissy fit, cries, and slams his fists on the ground (however, Dixie Kong also weeps when she loses an extra life, although she does not throw a tantrum like Kiddy does). He is simple and curious like a child – Dixie first found Kiddy chewing on an old tire, and when the player is not controlling him, he will often pull on his sock. Kiddy is also intrepid and courageous, braving the obstacles set up by the Kremling Krew fearlessly. He seems caring as well, seeing that he is willing to lend his cousin Dixie a helping hand in her quest to save Donkey and Diddy Kong. However, the toddler likely does not understand the greater consequences of his actions. For example, if Kiddy and Dixie Kong get a game over, the two will be imprisoned in a crib with child's toys. While Dixie is clearly upset over being captured, the arrangement suits Kiddy Kong just fine. Kiddy Kong is also considered to have a personality similar to Donkey and Diddy Kong, as he seems to be getting into trouble all the time. Ultimately, Kiddy Kong is a toddler, so he has the mannerisms of a typical toddler.
