The ripsaw is a hazard in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! and its Game Boy Advance remake, appearing in one stage, Ripsaw Rage. It is an enormous tree-saw that constantly zigzags upwards through the treetops, damaging the Kongs (and enemies in the GBA version) on contact. Once it reaches the top of the stage it stops moving upward, but keeps sawing. The Kongs can ride it like an elevator after breaking an Invincibility Barrel, which is present in a Bonus Level and is required to reach the level's Koin.
