Pumping Iron is one of WarioWatch's microgames the Speed Spin stage in WarioWare: Twisted! and one of Wario's microgames found in the Intro Games level of the Twist League in WarioWare Gold.
Gameplay[edit]
The game's purpose is to perform a shoulder exercise using two dumbbells. If done so, the game is won. In WarioWare Gold, Wario is the exerciser.

- 1st level difficulty: The player must lift the dumbbells 3 times.
- 2nd level difficulty: The player must lift the dumbbells 5 times.
- 3rd level difficulty: The player must lift the dumbbells 7 times.
