Nighttime Allergies is one of Mona's microgames found in the Strange folder in WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$! and returns as one of her microgames in the That's Life set within the Mash League in WarioWare Gold.
Gameplay[edit]
There is a woman named Baroness Drip with a long strand of mucus hanging out of her nose. The player must repeatedly mash the button to make Baroness Drip sniff the mucus back into her nose. If the player waits too long, the strand will get longer and eventually break off, resulting in a loss. In WarioWare Gold, an older man named Pierre shows up on Levels 2 and 3.
WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$![edit]
- Level 1: The strand initially stops at chin level and requires a minimum of 3 sniffs to sniff up.
- Level 2: The strand initially stops at chest level and requires a minimum of 4 sniffs to sniff up.
- Level 3: There are two Baroness Drips with drippy noses, with the left one initially stopping at the chin level, requiring 2 sniffs to sniff up, and the right one initially stopping at the chest level, requiring 3 sniffs to sniff up.
WarioWare Gold[edit]
- Level 1: The person is Baroness Drip. The strand requires a minimum of 3 sniffs to sniff up.
- Level 2: The person is an older man named Pierre. The strand requires a minimum of 4 sniffs to sniff up.
- Level 3: The people are both Baroness Drip and Pierre. Pierre’s strand requires a minimum of 2 sniffs, and Baroness Drip’s strand requires a minimum of 3 sniffs.

Notes[edit]
- Baroness Drip reappears in WarioWare: Twisted!, making a cameo in the microgame Sync or Sink. She also reappears in Allergy Attack from Game & Wario.
- One of the telephone cards in WarioWare Gold can be used to call Baroness Drip. She also mentions she has an older sister, which may be referring to the similar-looking woman from Snivel Disobedience.
