Gameplay[edit]
There are bats flying around the idol. The player needs to click on the golden idol to win; clicking on the bats does nothing.
Naming[edit]
"Idol Hands" is a pun on the phrase "idle hands are a devil's workshop" (or "devil's playthings"), meaning "one who is idle is likely to do evil things". An "idol" refers to a graven image of something revered or believed to contain spiritual power, such as the statue seen in the game.
