Mario and Dreamy Luigi in the form of a drill.
A Luiginary Cylinder.

The Luiginary Cylinder[1] is the fourth Luiginary Work seen in Mario & Luigi: Dream Team. It is a stationary work that allows Dreamy Luigi to to possess certain drills that spin Mario around and around. It is activated and used by Starlow by spinning Luigi's nose on the touch screen.

There are two types of drills: one is short and has straight edges which keeps Mario in place, and the other is longer and has a spiral edge which moves Mario up or down depending on which direction Starlow spins Luigi's nose. Additionally, if enough momentum is applied, Mario can jump higher and faster than normal.
