Template:Species-infobox Cat Goombas are variant of Goomba, powered-up by a Super Bell, appearing in Super Mario 3D World.

Cat Goombas attack by jumping, then diving down, in the same way that Cat Mario can, and sometimes drop a Super Bell when defeated. Like Mario, they also meow when doing this. They are most common in World 1, first appearing in the game's first level - Super Bell Hill. However, they appear much less frequently in the later worlds, appearing only in the levels Mount Beanpole, Mystery House Melee, and The Great Tower of Bowser Land.

They reappear as enemies in Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker, this time appearing only in a Super Mario 3D World retro stage: Super Bell Hill.
