The combined Best Fitness Friends using Fitness Vortex to take the remote that Bowser Jr. uses for some Captain Commands in the Bowser Jr.'s Journey mode of Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey.

Fitness Vortex is a Captain Command used by the Best Fitness Friends in their merged Malatone monster form in the Bowser Jr.'s Journey mode of Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey. Once activated, the Best Fitness Friends will vacuum up the remote Bowser Jr. uses to start the Captain Commands Snack Time, Shy Guy Swarm, and Volleybomb, preventing him from using these commands for the duration of the battle.
