Template:PMCSLevelbox The Cobalt Base is a location from Paper Mario: Color Splash. The path leading here is unlocked after getting the Blue Mini Paint Star from Sacred Forest, and unlocks a path leading to Fort Cobalt. The entire level is devoted to the Snifit or Whiffit game show. The Instant Camera thing can be found here.

Snifit or Whiffit:
Seabed Edition

The Cobalt Base consists of the entrance and a trap door, which leads them to a Warp Pipe. Entering the Warp Pipe allows Mario and Huey to play Snifit or Whiffit with a Snifit host. Winning at least four of the seven rounds allows Mario to collect a Blue Mini Paint Star, but if he gets all seven correct, he will be invited to participate in a special bonus round featuring three more questions, which if successful, Mario will be given the Instant Camera Thing Card.

The rounds consist of identifying the cards in the screen, as there are elements which make the game harder. Every round has a singularity. To answer, Mario has to choose and paint the cards he believes are the correct ones. There is a Snifit at the beginning of the course that sells all the cards Mario will need for the game.
