A Sweet Shroom is a dessert found in the Paper Mario series. In Paper Mario, Tayce T. can make one using a Cake Mix coupled with either an Ultra Shroom or a Life Shroom. This item restores thirty HP and twenty FP. This item can be sold for 50 coins.

In Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door, the Mushroom Crepe has the same effect.
