Variant of Crow

Gold crows[1] are a variant of crow in the Luigi's Mansion series. They behave exactly like regular crows, except they yield Gold Bars when defeated.

History[edit]

Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon[edit]

Gold crows make their debut in Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon. They can often be found flying or standing still in certain places and tend to fly away if ignored for too long. If Luigi uses the Strobulb on a gold crow, it drops five bills.

Luigi's Mansion 3[edit]

Gold crows reappear in Luigi's Mansion 3, behaving similarly to how they did in Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, with one difference being that, when defeated, regardless of the method used, they drop Gold Bars, bills, and coins.
