Jewel Rausuto are rare ghosts in Luigi's Mansion 3. They are Goobs with crystalline bodies that drop gems when defeated. If Luigi finds one, it will panic and run around, trying to escape. They do not take damage while being vacuumed and must be slammed to deplete their health. They have 80-120 HP. Usually, they hold a white gem, but at The Spectral Catch and the Fitness Center, the ghosts hold a different gem, with the one encountered at The Spectral Catch dropping that floor's red gem. In addition, the Fitness Center has a pair of them: the first one holds that floor's white gem, while the second one holds its purple gem.

Unlike Golden Goobs, they can be captured anytime upon revisiting the same room where the player first found the Jewel Rausuto, likely due to the fact that all of the Gems are needed to unlock the Suction Shot Type-C. Jewel Rausuto also contribute to the Goob counter in the Lab.

Boilerworks	Old Reservoir	Tossing a bucket of paint at the wall where a white bucket and several other paint cans are stored. This is only accessible during and after the second trip to the Boilerworks with Toad.
Grand Lobby	Lobby	An invisible couch below the far left window. Luigi must use the Dark-Light Device to make it appear.
Mezzanine	Restroom	Luigi must open the stall on the right and suck up the newspaper.
The Great Stage	Left Restroom	Luigi should use the Dark-Light Device to reveal a tap, and turning it on will cause a Gem Goob to appear.
RIP Suites	Room 508 Balcony	Luigi must look into the telescope until the ghost appears.
Paranormal Productions	Studio 3: Fire Set	The ghost is revealed after vacuuming the white cloth off the bicycle.
Unnatural History Museum	Elevator Hall	At the bottom-right corner, Luigi has to break the glass container by hitting it with the blue Toad or a bone.
Tomb Suites	Central Chamber	Using the Suction Shot on a sarcophagus next to the door to the Snake Chamber reveals a smaller sarcophagus, and opening that sarcophagus reveals an even smaller one. Luigi has to keep breaking these until the ghost is found.
The Spectral Catch	Beach	The ghost is revealed after launching three coconuts at the mermaid statue on the left.
Fitness Center	Gym Lobby	Using the Dark-Light Device on an empty circular spot on the right side of the desk reveals a bell. Walking away from the bell causes it to ring by itself. Luigi must ring the bell the same number of times to make a Jewel Rausuto appear.
Fitness Center	Training Room	The radio must be set to channel 3 by flashing it with the Strobulb three times. After doing so, two Golden Goobs and a Jewel Rausuto will be on the treadmills.
The Dance Hall	Dance Floor	After capturing DJ Phantasmagloria, having Luigi and Gooigi stand on the unlit squares on the dance floor reveals a socket for Super Suction. After using Super Suction to reveal a hidden room in the back, Luigi can flash a record with a green light on it with the Strobulb to make stairs appear on each side of the room. On the left side, using the Dark-Light Device to reveal a missing table causes a Jewel Rausuto to appear.
