Kazuaki Morita (in Japanese: 森田 和明) is a Japanese programmer, director and creative fellow at SRD,[1] under Nintendo. The first game he programmed was Ice Climber, and he would go on to work on several games in the Super Mario and The Legend of Zelda, including the original Super Mario Bros.[2] Morita was also responsible for the design of Hammer Bros.[3] After Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, he has been mainly involved with The Legend of Zelda series.
