Carlos Íñigo was a Mexican voice actor, known for his voice roles as Joey Wheeler in Yu-Gi-Oh!, Kotetsu Hagane in Naruto, Jango in the 4Kids version of One Piece, and Rocko in Rocko's Modern Life.[1]

He provides the voice of Toad in the Latin American Spanish dub of The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!.[1]

In relation to Nintendo media, Íñigo was the voice of Dr. Proctor, Old Man Shuckle, and the Magikarp salesman in the original Pokémon animated series, Rico in Pokémon the Series: Ruby and Sapphire, and Knuckle Joe in Kirby: Right Back at Ya!.[2]

On September 17, 2017, Íñigo passed away due to heart complications.[2]
