Brianne Sidonie Desaulniers (born October 1, 1989), better known as Brie Larson, is an American actress known for her roles in Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, Short Term 12, and the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel. She has won an Academy Award for Best Actress for her role in Room.

Larson voices Rosalina in The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, her voice acting debut in an animated movie.[1] Larson has previously described her love for the Super Mario franchise, and once kicked her first boyfriend out for accusing her of taking Super Mario Galaxy too seriously.[2] She also starred in a Nintendo Switch commercial for the "My Way to Play" campaign in late 2020, showing her playing games on the console.[3]
