Kumi Domon (土門 久美,[2] née Uchino (内野), born on February 22, 1971) better known by her stage name Etsuko Kozakura (小桜エツコ) is a Japanese voice actress from Mizuho. Some of her major roles are Daizu Noyama in Azuki-chan, Ryo-Ohki in the Tenchi Muyo! series, Coquelicot in Sakura Wars, Dawn's Piplup in the Pokémon anime, Tamama in Sgt. Frog, and Yōhei Yamada in Chi's Sweet Home. In video games, she is the voice of Omochao in the Sonic the Hedgehog series and Jibanyan in the Yo-kai Watch series.

Kozakura's only work in the Super Mario franchise is voicing Omochao in every game of the Mario & Sonic series and Ukiki in the Japanese dub of The Super Mario Galaxy Movie.[3][4] She also voices Piplup in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
