Tsuguo Mogami (JP: 最上嗣生 Mogami Tsuguo) is a Japanese voice actor represented by Kenproduction. He has done voice work for various one-off characters in several Super Mario games and its spin-offs, most notably King K. Rool in Donkey Kong Bananza.

In relation to Nintendo media, Mogami is the Japanese voice of Clay and Tony's father in Pokémon the Series: Black & White, Ravine in Pokémon the Movie: White—Victini and Zekrom, Dolan, Magnus, Grey, McGinty, Carl, Jolt and Xerosic in Pokémon the Series: XY, Lysandre's Pyroar in Pokémon: Mega Evolution Special, Archie in Pokémon Masters EX, Gary's Blastoise in Pokémon Journeys: The Series, Peony in Pokémon: Twilight Wings, James Pierce in Metroid: Other M, General Pepper, Andross and Pigma Dengar in Star Fox 64 3D and Deen, Zagaro and Massena in the Fire Emblem series.
