Tsuguo Mogami (JP: 最上嗣生 Mogami Tsuguo) is a Japanese voice actor represented by Kenproduction. He has done voice work for various one-off characters in several Super Mario games, most notably King K. Rool in Donkey Kong Bananza.

In relation to Nintendo media, Mogami is the Japanese voice of Clay and Tony's father in Pokémon the Series: Black & White, Ravine in Pokémon the Movie: White—Victini and Zekrom, Dolan, Magnus, Grey, McGinty, Carl, Jolt and Xerosic in Pokémon the Series: XY, Lysandre's Pyroar in Pokémon: Mega Evolution Special, Archie in Pokémon Masters EX, Gary's Blastoise in Pokémon Journeys: The Series, Peony in Pokémon: Twilight Wings, Demise in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, Calamity Ganon in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, James Pierce in Metroid: Other M, General Pepper, Andross and Pigma Dengar in Star Fox 64 3D and Deen, Zagaro and Massena in the Fire Emblem series.
