José Antonio Macías (also known as Pepe Toño Macías) is a Mexican voice actor, known for being the recurring voice in Latin American Spanish for actors Leonardo DiCaprio, Chris Evans, and Ryan Reynolds, to name a few; as well as for his voice roles as Private and Mort in the Madagascar franchise, Humpty Dumpty in the Puss in Boots movie, Dr. Flug Slys in the Villainous franchise, Wilt in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Edd in Ed, Edd, n' Eddy, Mousse in Ranma ½, Esidisi in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Iruka Umino in Naruto and Naruto: Shippūden, and the most recurring voice of the Joker in the DC Universe.

He provides the voice of Luigi in the Latin American Spanish dub of 1993 movie Super Mario Bros. as well as Uncle Arthur in the Latin American Spanish of The Super Mario Bros. Movie.

In relation to Nintendo media, Macías was the voice of the announcer in Nintendo commercials for Latin America during the Nintendo GameCube era and the early years of the Wii. Additionally, he is the voice of Sidon in the Latin American Spanish dub of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity and The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Detective Pikachu in the Latin American Spanish dub of the 2019 film of the same name and he is the most recurring voice of James in the Latin American Spanish dub of the Pokémon anime series, this being one of his most recognized characters.
