Takaya Imamura (in Japanese: 今村孝矢) is a graphic artist known for his work on the Star Fox and F-Zero series as well as The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. Within the Super Mario franchise, Imamura worked as a artist in Donkey Kong, for the Game Boy, where he worked on several in-game illustrations such as the title screen, maps and bonus games.[2]

Imamura first joined Nintendo in 1989, a year before the release of the Super Famicom, where he worked for 32 years. He retired from the company in 2021 and now works as a professor at the International Professional University of Technology.[1]
