Tara Lyn (Charendoff) Strong (b. Feb. 12, 1973) is a Canadian-American actress who has been active since 1986, and has acted in many animated and live-action productions in both the television and film industries. Her major voice-over roles include Dil Pickles from Rugrats, Bubbles from The Powerpuff Girls, Timmy Turner and Poof from The Fairly OddParents!, Raven in the Teen Titans TV series and its spinoff Teen Titans Go!, Princess Clara and Toot from Drawn Together, Terrence from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, and Twilight Sparkle from My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic; as well as video game characters like Ferra Torr from Mortal Kombat X, Rikku from Final Fantasy X, and Harley Quinn in the Batman: Arkham series. She has been nominated for five Annie Awards and one Daytime Emmy, and won the 2004 Interactive Achievement Award.
Strong's only credited Mario-relevant role is providing the voice for Hop Koopa in The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 and Super Mario World animated series, and is commonly thought to have also voiced Hip Koopa (who was actually voiced by Stuart Stone). However, her official website once said that she was also the uncredited voice to Bowser Jr. in Super Mario Sunshine, but this detail was removed, as in the credits to the game, the character's voice is credited to Dolores Rogers, who voiced him in various later games. She also made a Vine where she met Charles Martinet, the current voice actor for Mario and Luigi.
