Martín Soto is a Mexican voice actor, known for his voice roles as Champa in Dragon Ball Super, Danzo Shimura in Naruto Shippuden, Mjosgard in One Piece, and Marvin the Martian in Looney Tunes.[1]

He provides the voice of Luigi in the Latin American Spanish dub of The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! in the episodes "Brooklyn Bound" and "The Adventures of Sherlock Mario."[1]

In relation to Nintendo media, Soto is the voice of Flint in the original Pokémon animated series, Joe in Pokémon—Zoroark: Master of Illusions, and Chef Kawasaki in Kirby: Right Back at Ya!.[1]
