The TFV Fan Club.
The TFV Fan Club is a group of Lantern Ghosts that appear in Mario Party Advance. They meet in the basement of Horror Condo (which is located in the Horror Area of Shroom City) where they discuss the sci-fi series Toad Force V. To join the club and earn a Gaddget, the Player must retrieve a Toad Force V action figure from Junk, Shroom City's item shop. Once this is done, the fan club gives the Player the Gaddget, Poochy Pal.
