The Koopa Bank is a place in Mario Party Advance that is located in the town area of Shroom City. It is used for storing large amounts of coins, most of which are apparently stolen after the power is suddenly shut off. The bank's manager, Koopa, soon starts panicking, and asks the player to help when they arrive. The quest that follows, Probably a Robbery?, involves Shroomlock telling the player to interrogate the three other people who were in the bank at the time of the crime, Goombob, Paratroopa, and Mr. I, who have all left the bank and returned to their homes. Mr. I and Goombob both state that they heard various sounds around the bank, whereas Paratroopa states that he saw the gleam of the coins; as the power was out, it was pitch black, meaning that Paratroopa could not have seen the coins unless he was the culprit. Once the player returns to the bank to inform Koopa and Shroomlock of this, Paratroopa immediately flies in to apologize, saying that he only intended it as a prank and that he can return the coins immediately. Shroomlock decides not to arrest Paratroopa, and the two leave the bank. Koopa thanks the player for helping him by giving them the Card Trick Gaddget.
