The Proud, the Fuse is a microgame found in the Ninja Scribble stage in WarioWare: Touched! and returns in WarioWare Gold as one of Orbulon's microgames. Its name references one of the slogans of the United States Marine Corps, "the few, the proud".

Gameplay[edit]

The objective of the game is to draw the rest of the fuse through the maze to the fire that can set off the bomb. The game ends in a loss if the fuse comes into contact with a wall. This game has double the time to complete than most other microgames.

  • 1st level difficulty: The maze is a simple path.
  • 2nd level difficulty: The maze is slightly complex path.
  • 3rd level difficulty: The maze is a complex path.

In early Japanese copies of WarioWare: Touched!, a glitch occurs where the fuse cannot be drawn, making the microgame impossible to complete.[1]
