Hare Raising is one of Orbulon's microgames in WarioWare: Smooth Moves. Tortoise & Hare, a minigame unlocked after beating Orbulon's stage, is based on this microgame.

Gameplay[edit]

The player is a turtle and must follow the seagull's commands by raising the appropriate flag when prompted. The Nunchuk controls the white flag and the Wii Remote controls the red flag (blue in the Korean version). If done right, the turtle smiles at the player and the game is won, but if not, the log beneath the turtle breaks, the turtle panics as it falls into the sea, and the player loses.

  • 1st level difficulty: One command.
  • 2nd level difficulty: Two commands. If successful, the log is replaced with a submarine.
  • 3rd level difficulty: Two commands, but there is a chance one or both may be negative (e.g. "Not up!"). If successful, the log is replaced by an orca.
