Rochambeau.
Rochambeau is a Gaddget found in Mario Party Advance. It is obtained by completing the Flowers Are a Blast! quest.
The gaddget is a renamed version of Rock, Paper, Scissors. Koopa Kid shouts this just before playing rock, paper, scissors with the player.
