Template:Species-infobox A Gold Goomba Tower is an enemy that first appears in New Super Mario Bros. 2. It is a Goomba Tower made from a stack of Gold Goombas.

History

New Super Mario Bros. 2

Gold Goomba Towers first appear in New Super Mario Bros. 2 under the effect of the Gold Ring. They can be shortened or defeated depending on how many Gold Goombas the stack has. For example, attacking a stack of four will reduce it to three, and so on. Similar to other Gold Goomba variants, defeating it grants the player some coins.

Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. Edition

Gold Goomba Towers are teammates the the player can use in Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. Edition. There are two variants, Gold 2-Goomba Towers and Gold 3-Goomba Towers, both of which were added in the 2.0 update. They appear when Gold Goombas are transformed by using a certain amount of Goomba Coins. Gold Goombas can be transformed into Gold 2-Goomba Towers by using four Goombas Coins and into Gold 3-Goomba Towers by using six more Goomba Coins.
