Template:Species-infobox Big Ant Troopers[1] are large enemy equivalents of Ant Troopers. They debut in Super Mario 3D World, appearing mainly in World 4-1, Ant Trooper Hill. A lone Big Ant Trooper is also found in a secret room in World 5-4, Sprawling Savanna.
They cannot be defeated with any attack, even if players are under the effects of a Super Star or a Invincible Super Leaf. Rather, they must be jumped on in order for the player to progress.
Big Ant Troopers, along with their smaller counterparts, appear as course elements in Super Mario Maker 2 in the Super Mario 3D World level style.[2]
