The Puzzle Solver is a helpful tool in Paper Mario: The Origami King. It becomes available in the Battle Lab after defeating Hole Punch and destroying the yellow streamer, given to Mario as a gift. As the Battle Lab Toad explains, Mario can use it to identify the recommended spot for enemy placement with an O. It does not require any spending and can be used at any time. It can be activated and deactivated in the menu settings.
This item takes the appearance of a blue magnifying glass with a red circle in the center and a small green button on the side.
