When Exactly the Solver Unlocks?[edit]
The article currently claims that the Puzzle Solver becomes available at the Battle Lab once you've defeated Hole Punch and cleared the yellow streamer - however, in my playthrough it became available as soon as I cleared the red streamer, much earlier in the game's story. I believe this is because I'm a completionist, and I was trying to find every hidden thing in the red streamer areas before progressing. Some quick research corroborates my belief: the Puzzle Solver seems to unlock based on your playtime, rather than your story progression.
