Doctor Toadley is a Toad that appears in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. He resides in Toad Town in the Toadley Clinic. During the events of the game, Mario and Luigi go to see him for help. But there isn't anything that Dr. Toadley could do other than tell the two brothers about the Star Cures and disclose their location.
