Totemglobins are a related species of Emoglobin found exclusively in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story and Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey. They are composed of five Emoglobins that are stacked vertically, and can block anyone from passing on. Whenever they speak, they speak one at a time or all at the same time.
